Some
exciting news we wanted to share with you - the Seattle Human Services
Coalition has been chosen as one of 18 beneficiatries in the Puget
Sound Community Change Program (PSCCP)! PSCCP
created the Puget Sound Community Card as a free tool that encourages
"consumer purchasing for the collective good" by supporting locally
focused, socially and environmentally responsible business and organizations.
There are over 60 local business and organizations that are participating
merchants.

How does the program work? Sign up online for a free PSCCP card. O nce you get your card in the mail - every time you shop at a participating merchant, a portion of each transaction is donated to a local community based non-profit, at no cost to you. |

| How does SHSC benefit? When you sign up for the card, simply designate SHSC as your beneficiary recipient. You can access your account online to see donation details. But remember, SHSC doesn't benefit unless you designate SHSC as the beneficiary. The Puget Sound Community Card, gives SHSC a unique source of funding that does not compete with coalition members' funding resources. This also gives you another opportunity to help support our shared mission in helping Seattle residents meet their basic human needs. And support locally focused, socially and environmentally responsible businesses at the same time. | ||
