The Seattle King County Coalition on Homelessness is hiring a Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for the supervision, organization and execution of key projects and programming for the Coalition.  This position requires excellent project management, communication and facilitation skills and the desire to build diverse partnerships and comprehensive programming that advance the Coalition’s mission and goals. The Senior Program Manager may supervise staff working in areas of member services; communications; education, organizing, and mobilization, and may supervise graduate student interns. The person in this position reports to the Executive Director and works in close collaboration with the Community Policy Manager and the Operations Manager.  This is a full-time exempt position.

The Senior Program Manager helps to lead a small, dynamic staff team at the Coalition, and works closely with Coalition members, volunteers, and community partners.  This position holds responsibility for member services, programs, and Coalition-wide work with an overall understanding of sector-wide issues of practice and policy related to housing, homelessness, and human service programs and service delivery. Primary areas of responsibility include: 2) Programming and Member Services; 3) Community Education, Engagement, and Mobilization and 4) Organizational development and Personnel Management.

The Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness is searching for a skilled person to join their small staff team as Office Lead. This is an internally focused position that establishes and maintains a stable core of organizational operations, including daily in-person and virtual administrative support including careful and timely data entry (AP/AR); maintenance of hard copy and electronic files; administration and use of customized Salesforce for Nonprofits CRM database; support for fundraising, member services, and educational programming.

This person will have the ability to adapt, solve problems, and exercise flexibility in a fast-paced, fluid work environment. They provide support for in person and virtual meetings and help plan and implement events and projects. This role serves as the first point of contact for general inquiries.

The person in this position reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Executive Director, as well as in concert with all members of the small staff team and with volunteers. This position is primarily in office and interacts via phone and email with a wide range of people, including elected officials, people experiencing homelessness, and other members of the public. The Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness is hiring a full-time Communications Lead.

The person in this position will work closely with the Executive Director, program and policy staff, as well as with people who are currently homeless or have been through homelessness, and people who work in housing and human services. This position will gather and tell stories that educate and engage to highlight the work of the Coalition, its members (organizations and people), and people who are directly affected by public policies and budgets. Our ideal candidate will use words and images to gather and share information in ways that resonate with multiple audiences and inspire people to take individual and collective action.
